Who We Are

At Premier Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, we are dedicated to providing you the state of the art physical therapy techniques and modalities. The soft-tissue techniques that are implemented are the Gold Standard of the manual therapy world and will expedite your healing process.

Whether you are a weekend warrior, an athlete who is having a nagging issue with a certain range of motion, or a patient who just had surgery; Premier Performance’s sole goal is get you pain-free ASAP.

Each patient will be seen by one physical therapist for their entire treatment and will receive at least 15-30 minutes of hand-on treatment that is focused on you – the individual – rather than you, the diagnosis. We strongly believe that each patient’s symptom pattern could be stemming from a unique circumstance that is specific to him or her.

Symptoms could be from a malfunctioning muscle fiber as it activates, irritation or sliding issues between muscle groups, or a build up of scar tissue or adhesions. We feel that with our experience, expertise, and modalities at our disposal, we have the ultimate “Tool Box” to get you back into the game faster than usual.
